You can cancel a video session up to 24 hours before a session starts with no penalty. 

If you need to cancel a session after the 24 hour mark, you'll unfortunately forfeit that session. We deeply respect our coaches' time, and want to make sure they can prepare for their day accurately. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a session, that is considered a "no-show" and the session is effectively canceled.
