Trouble with App / App out of Date

If your app is out of date, visit the "Test Flight" app on your phone and simply click "update." All beta versions of apps expire after 90 days, so you will need to be consistent with updates. We are not in the app store yet, but will be shortly!

Having Issues Logging In to App or Website

If you are ever having a hard time logging into the website or app, try the following:

  1. Update your app.
  2. Delete + Reinstall your app.
  3. Log in to the web dashboard from a private or incognito browser
  4. Use Chrome instead of Safari

Camera or Sound Cutting Out in Sessions

This is typically due to Internet connectivity issues. Please refresh your session by moving your mouse to the session browser URL and clicking "enter," or by clicking "command +R." This will refresh the session and reestablish connectivity.
