Having Issues Logging In to App or Website
The first thing you should do is come to us in our live chat box or shoot an email to email@example.com! We know tech can be finicky sometimes and we are here to help.
If you are ever having a hard time logging into the website or app, try the following:
Update your app.
Delete + Reinstall your app.
Log in to the web dashboard from a private or incognito browser
Use Chrome instead of Safari or Firefox
Camera or Sound Cutting Out in Sessions
This is typically due to Internet connectivity issues. Please refresh your session by moving your mouse to the session browser URL and clicking "enter," or by clicking "command +R." This will refresh the session and reestablish connectivity.
If this doesn't work, please ask for your coach's backup "whereby" room. We have a backup video room for each coach just in case!
Coach Is Not in Session
Before entering your video session, make sure the play icon is orange and jumping on the session card. If not, that indicates your coach has not started the session yet. If you have entered in before the play icon turned orange, exit out of the session and wait for the play icon. If you are concerned your coach is not there, please jump into our live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Thank you!
